Each company page carries what we measure: every community it runs here, what each one is asking today, which are running a special, and every rent move we have banked across the portfolio. Greystar is the largest, with 7 communities on our list.

No. We publish what we measure: the portfolio, the asking rents, the specials, the rent moves we have banked. What a company is like to rent from is a judgement, and a judgement with no data behind it does not belong on a page next to numbers that have data behind them.
